  1. When the kleptocracy finishes, and the oligarchs stop stealing all the oil and gas money, then perhaps RuSSia has a chance. Unfortunately all the gas and oil money leaves RuSSia and is spent in the West on hookers, cocaine, mistresses, super yachts and mansions. RuSSia should in fact be a much wealthy country but PooTIN lets all the money leave RuSSia - so it's people remain poor. Poor people are much easier to control.
