  2. Finland has an excellent Army and Air-force - there will be no need to base any additional troops there. RuSSia has Nukes on ALL it's borders with ALL it's neighbours - but none of RUssias neighbours have Nukes on it's borders with RuSSia, and yet RuSSia is paranoid about NATO - RuSSia is weak and are cowards!
