  15. My Dad's business partner ran off with some of the company's assets w/o paying his share of the taxes. The IRS showed up at my parent's condo which I was babysitting. He tried to get pushy. I told him to hit the bricks and go through proper channels and that my Dad would contact him if notified properly. I am not impressed by paper shuffling bureaucrats trying extra legal bullying. He got the point.We pay their salaries. We are their bosses.
