  2. I've seen it. We used to drive down thru Florida and mile after mile was citrus trees and the wonderful smell when all those trees were in blossom was heaven. And then there's the cattle industry. My cousin's husband had cattle and once a year they'd go out on horses like the old west and round up the cattle. And they had rodeos.

  7. DeSantis is not just popular in Florida it's international. He is an honest leader that criss crossed this state tirelessly during the pandemic,. He has initiated programs to better education to encourage skilled trades and stem, clean water, and senior concerns, and now he has insured that the innocence of little kids be preserved and racism will not be taught in our schools. If you have a problem with these policies you have either been lied to by corrupt media,and politicians or you need a shrink.

  13. Too much development. I remember at age six we moved to Orlando. There were citrus trees of oranges and grapefruits for miles. No Disney or big housing tracks then. The biggest buildings were packing plants. My kindergarden had a big teepee on the playground built from burlap sacks stretched across tall polls with bright oranges printed on it's sides. My house was in the middle of an orange grove. Mom could literally reach out for a grapefruit for her breakfast. It smelled wonderful when the trees bloomed.

Disney secretly bought thousands of acres of land through third parties for a pittance and mowed under orange groves and cattle ranch land. And we have the best beaches, other amusement parks and great weather,etc. We welcomed Disney but we can survive without them I assure you.

Five to eight year old children do not need to be taught sexual preference or gender reassignment nor racist theories like crt that fly in the face of Dr.King's idea that a person's character not their color says who they are. The BS they are teaching children in states like Oregon and California have led to really confused kids and upticks of kids suddenly thinking they are trans or hating on each other based on color. They are ignorant and we sadly made them that way by removing vital subjects from school curriculums like Civics and American History. When speakers are chased from the podiums in our finest universities and lawlessness is defended by government officials we are in real danger of losing more than our rights. A republican government ceases to be viable when it's citizens turn their backs on the laws and traditions that protect those rights out of ignorance.
