  3. Savannah,Ga. has one of the best St.Pat's parades and celebrations. We got of school in the old days. Savannah may look like a pretty old southern city but it's a port city and had multi-ethnic communities including a large Irish community. I went to schools with kids that would satisfy the most rabid advocate of diversity. Lol!
