In the US our laws state our rights are not given by governments but are because of our humanity and for All humanity. We've had many cases before our courts wherein local,state or federal governments have tried to interfere in religious expressions of many faiths. And in almost all cases the faith based plaintiffs have won. And we treasure that First Amendment. It is the basis of all other rights and the Second protects them all. This is why the Democrat party's lawfare against Trump is viewed as a direct attack on the First Amendment. It will not win.
