  1. My father was a B24 pilot in WW2. He always wanted his own small plane. Sometimes he got to fly the corporate plane for the company he worked for but Mom put the brakes on him getting one himself. We seem to have a lot of small plane accidents lately. This is very sad. Prayers for all involved and the families.

  5. I think it's more economics than politics. The poor eat food that stretches their food source,eg,fillers like pasta,bread,rice added to or in place of more expensive proteins. Hence the higher incidence of pre-diabeties in lower income individuals.And also given the lack of dental care in traditional Medicare for seniors softer foods as well as expense plays a role with seniors's health.

  19. My mother took a break from working as an Executive Secretary/ PA when we were babies and went back to work when we were school age. She was also a Sunday School teacher and active in PTA and Scouts. You don't need to abandon your chosen career. Mom was a great Mom and a " Della Street syle" super PA as they call it today. And she typed all my term papers for me as a kid too. Lol!
