  1. Oh,Hell No! That's a Democrat scheme to cross vote so they can diddle other parties's candidates. Do not do cross voting, ranked voting or non citizen voting. These are all typical Democrat ploys to turn Arizona into a uniparty state run by anticonstitutional Democrats. They also are running con games wanting to get rid of the Electoral College. If they succede you'll have a situation like every state where big states/ cities dominate small ones like Phoenix or LA overriding the interests of smaller communities and rural areas.
