  2. This is just a band-aid solution. No matter how many plazas you build, MSG still dominates the vast majority of the space, and this plan does nothing to improve the actual train station. Beautifying Penn Station is only half of what needs to be done. ReThinkNYC's plan gives us the through-running that we need, as well as bringing back the original, which is far more beautiful than this scam.

  3. Congestion pricing is a standard practice that transit agencies all over the world implement. That's not the issue. It's the MTA constant laziness and penny-pinching. They have so many that must be done, but stubbornly drag their feet on them because they don't to bother spending the money to complete them, resulting in the projects getting even more expensive due to their laziness, which just makes the MTA even more lazy to finish those projects. The MTA runs the subway the same way Jon Fisher runs the A's.
