  1. If you're waving swastika flags with an "America for the White Man" banner while armed with an assault rifle, that goes far beyond freedom of speech. That's an open threat of violence against the people. Those neo-Nazi would not feel emboldened enough to carry weapons if they didn't feel that they'd be justified in carrying out racial violence with the ability to get away with it.
