The only thing more amazing than seeing his boldness is the fact that he actually pointed his constituents to learn from Europe. That is so egregiously rare here in the US. Whenever you point out something Americans lags behind in, American exceptionalism is usually the immediate first response you get. "We can't do that here. This is America. We're different." It's so refreshing to actually hear an American political leader not only say we should try to learn from Europe, but even go a step further and say that we can learn from Europe.

@Voltair101 3 weeks is way too short. This country is way too big to tour around in only 3 weeks. It's hard to gain an audience in such a massive country in only 3 weeks. 3-6 months is reasonable. But 1.5 years is absurd.

When I was in middle school, my social studies teacher told my class every year when we'd have our annual civil rights history lessons, that he saw a billboard on the highway in Indiana that read, "Beware. You are in Klan territory. The South will rise again." This was in the 1970s. Now, they're back. They never gave up on that promise.

Rage Against the Machine's entire discography, especially Bulls on Parade, are going to become massive protest anthems if Trump invokes the Insurrection Act and declares Martial Law. Shout by Tears for Fears is also another perfect anthem for the resistance.

@ivrxr86 Upon taking office on day 1, Trump signed an executive order instructing Noem and Hegseth to do a 90 day study on whether invoking the Insurrection Act would be necessary to speed up his mass deportation operation. 90 days from January 20th is April 20th. And Noem and Hegseth are sycophants, so they will obviously say yes because that's what Trump wants to hear.
