  4. Mail-in voting is opt-in. You can't receive a mail-in ballot unless you request one. And plus, people have schedules. If you're working on election day, it's likely that you won't make it the polls in time. It's simply way easier to just drop off your ballot in the mail box before heading to work.

  10. @lauramcgarr5554  He wouldn't be under investigation if there was nothing. You investigate people in order to acquire evidence to pursue charges. You can't just dismiss an accusation so easily. That's how you perpetrators get away with it. People not taking accusations seriously.
