The global temperature has rapidly increased since industrial revolution. By 1.5 degrees, which is significant change. When I was a kid, it used to be cold every morning in September. Now in 2024, we had summer weather going into November. And I'm young. The climate is supposed to change naturally over the course of millions of years of years. Not less than 30. You're living under a rock.

@annacummins3725 How do you know they're on private planes though? For all we know, they could go just be flying business class. Regardless, when you have to travel across the globe to a summit, flying is inevitable. This is companies are investing in hydrogen power so that we run our planes on hydrogen one day. And besides, cars emit more carbon emissions than planes do because people drive everyday while people only fly on occasion.

@mike-i5u6b The whole reason why our air quality improved from what it once was in the 70's is because of environmental regulations. Trump wants to abolish the EPA and slash environmental regulations. Don't be surprised if our cities are suddenly covered in smog again.
