  1. The difference is that Mount Rushmore is carved into the face of the mountain. The Crazy Horse monument is tearing down half of the entire mountain for the sculpture. The difference is staggering. Not saying that it shouldn't be completed, but to say the impact won't be far greater than Mount Rushmore's impact is simply absurd.
