The word tariff is a pretty word for federal sales tax or purchase tax. American corporations who purchase goods, parts or raw materials from foreign Nations will be paying that tax to the federal government. That is a sales tax because even Corporation owners are considered American citizens and they will be paying federal taxes on their purchases.

@rfinnegan7106 it doesn't change the fact that a tariff is a tax on Americans making purchases of finished goods or raw materials. That tax is paid by Americans not foreign governments.

Government is a fraudulent criminal organization. Self v Rhay Supreme Court ruling codes, statutes and legislative acts are not laws. Blacks law Dictionary definition of Color of Law is LIKE law . The American people are being defrauded under UCC Commerce agreement law. The United States is listed as a common law nation but you do not have a single common-law Court in the United States. In a common-law Court All god-given rights are recognized and they cannot be licensed, permitted , feed or restricted in any form or fashion.
