No one today knows how to stand as the living man and living woman in a Commerce law court. Can a man or woman be owned as property ? If you look up property administration laws you will find that property can only be administered if they have given consent, contracted or have been declared mentally incompetent. So no court administrator has proof of ownership in order to grant them the right to administer people as property of the state. People stand before the courts as the legal fictional person under the all caps name. Then they agree to stand under the charges because when the judge ask if you understand the charges and you say yes you have agreed to have those charges placed upon you. I recommend people do a deep dive on common law and not by doing Google searches. It is much better to search common law on YouTube and get advice from people who are not standing as the legal fictional person and who practice common law.

@andyakarudolfhessiansack7936 I've seen it prevail in the UK. In the case I saw the judge ordered the bailiff to arrest the man for not appearing in court but was standing in the courtroom and refused to stand as the legal fictional person. The Court bailiff refused to arrest the man as he could see with his own eyes he was standing in the courtroom. If it doesn't prevail it's because people don't fully understand what they're doing. If you claim to be a citizen or any other legal fiction such as replying to in my case Mr Ernst would place me back under the Court's jurisdiction. If you claim to be a resident you have put yourself back under the Court's jurisdiction. Claiming to be a sovereign or identifying as a color would also put you back under the jurisdiction of the courts. One can claim to be a man with Sovereign rights but he can't claim to be a sovereign man. Only a man and a woman have natural law birthrights.

@andyakarudolfhessiansack7936 it's like this the court administrator is playing the role of a judge / actually a ship's Captain. He's basically in theater and if you're standing as a man not part of the ACT in certain terms he cannot see or acknowledge you. It's not much different than being in the theater watching a movie you can see the characters on screen but they cannot see you. This goes back to the case I mentioned above the so called judge was refusing to see the living man even though he was standing in front of him. Again it's a game and like tennis there's a reason it's called court. It's all depends on how well people play the game. One can get an affidavit asking the court to prove they have standing to talk to a man and they do not. A man in the states who has went to the Supreme Court twice and won both times says the courts have never even attempted to try to prove they have standing to talk to a man.

@andyakarudolfhessiansack7936 glad you brought that up because people don't understand the times people were living in and how things had to be written. Being in England a king is a sovereign born man above the laws of men. When it is said that Jesus declared himself King he was actually declaring himself a sovereign human being above the laws of men. He also stated that ye are all gods and the sons of the most high. Meaning that we are all Sovereign born beings above the laws of men. See this is kind of where you're making your mistake because all courts are found it on judeo-christianity. If one knows how to stand firm has the living man the courts have to recognize your God given endowed Natural Law birthrights. Man cannot create law period. The true laws governing mankind are unwritten laws. Man is always subject to the laws of nature. As Thomas Jefferson stated " a free man's rights come from the nature not a gift of his magistrates." He also said that government if we are to have one only has one legitimate function and that is to protect natural law rights and if said government failed to do so it should be removed.

@andyakarudolfhessiansack7936 PS thanks for bringing up Freeman on the land because now I know why that failed for people. While ago I tried to edit a comment and it actually hadn't posted so I don't know what has posted and what has not have a wonderful day.
