  1. If people had any sense of personal sovereignty and the right to govern oneself drug laws could not exist. You are claiming that governments own the people and can decide what they may or may not consume. Who owns you ?

  2. US drug policy is the creator of all drug cartels. Give it to the pharmaceutical industry and put it in Walgreens and Walmart and all the gang violence will go away . Just like with alcohol prohibition . We set an example once that when you turn vices into crimes who create gang violence and when you remove the restrictions the gang violence goes away. It's not a theory it's a proven fact.
