It is as ridiculous to stop them from growing cocoa as to try to stop US farmers from growing corn. Don't forget corn can also be used to produce moonshine but the US doesn't make growing corn illegal to stop moonshine production.

  2. If the US can stop trade between Mexico, Russia, China with Ecuador then they can destroy the economy and produce more drug traffickers . It's good for a reason to increase the budgets of the DEA and other ABC agencies. Along with increasing revenue for the courts and for profit prison system.
