  1. At a percentage guess I am guessing that 80% of violence in South America is directly related to enforcement of what is US drug policies. For example, You are talking about a population that has grown coca for 3000 years and tell them that from now on you can not grow this traditional plant. Not even for the traditional use of chewing the leaves for a mild stimulant effect. What you you expect from US farmers if the government said from this day forth you can't grow corn ?
