  1. If you can be arrested for speaking out against foreign policy then what's to keep the federal government from arresting people for speaking out against domestic policy ? When people allow government to limit any speech they just open the door to limiting all speech.

  2. The United States is so free there is more laws in existence than anybody can count the because of the different forms of law. A college professor wrote a book saying that because of the amount of laws there are depending on the prosecutors intent the average person commits three felonies a day just going about their normal daily activities.

  3. Google a list of Common Law Nations and you'll see the US is still officially a Common-law Nation. You'll find that China and France are Civil law nations. In the US you are supposed to have Natural law birthrights but you are governed under UCC Commerce law.
