  2. True conspiracy exist in books and in documents that are little known by the general population. The difference between conspiracy and what people call factual information is nothing more than their level of knowledge on the topics. Once a majority of a population accepts information as fact it's no longer conspiracy. For example if there was people saying the Gulf of Tonka incident never happened they would have been called conspiracy theorist but once the US government declassified the information it became factual information that the Vietnam war was fought based on a lie.
