Considering that the people of France have been taking to the streets since 2019 nearly every weekend and haven't gotten a single concession from the French government the answer would be government has become tyrannical. It doesn't matter who's setting in the top seat . All governments become tyrannical oligarchies over time.

  3. I guess they weren't tyrannical when they occupied the island of Haiti and I guess they're are not tyrannical for occupying New Caledonia. Government is tyranny.
