If people think that Israel knows exactly where to target to take out Hamas then they would have to ask themselves why didn't they have the intelligence service to prevent the attack from happening ? Which means they are having fun blowing shit up in the name of getting Hamas which Israel created itself. So the Palestinians would fight each other over the PLO and Hamas. No different than Hillary Clinton saying that the US created a terrorist organization.

The only way to settle the israeli-palestinian issue is to install a third-party government of non-Christian or Muslim faiths. Fair unbiased government to keep the courts working, provide for security, keep the water flowing, the lights on and pick up the trash. The basic services governments are supposed to provide equally to all people. The thrid party government would have to stay in charge until Arabs and Israelis remember that they are brothers and sisters first and their faith second. Because you can't have one without the other.
