  1. Any declared of a State of Emergency automatically suspends the US Constitution and shifts all power over to FEMA. It was not constitutional to tell people to wear a mask and stand on a dot either but it was under state of emergency.

  2. WHAT LAW ? Self v Rahy Supreme Court Ruling codes, Statutes and legislative acts are not law. Blacks law Dictionary defines Color of Law as LIKE law. Artificial sweetener it's like sugar but it is not sugar. The only laws that exists are NATURAL LAWS and man is only subject to the laws of nature. The legal system is based totally on fraud and the ACLU is a front group that reinforces the fraud of the federal and state governments.

  4. The 14th amendment freed NO ONE it made everyone citizen property of the federal government. Before the 14th amendment people were citizens of the state you were born in.

  5. If the federal judges were constitutionalist they would end all border control because the Constitution gives the federal government no power to regulate who comes and goes from the United States.
