@jo-annerichardson34 I just googled it and the quote is Nixon replied " Well when the president does it, it is not illegal ". So we both said basically the same thing and we were both slightly wrong.

@austinitesince1979 he wasn't in a position to raise taxes because the United States was fighting runaway inflation and he put a nationwide price freeze on. Did away with a the gold standard and put us on the Petro dollar. He also revoked the law that all hospitals had to be nonprofit organizations. There by turning healthcare in to a for profit industry. Is it ethical to profit off the sick and the dying?

@PhotoDesigner1 Trump is older than me and he lived through the Nixon administration just like I did even though I was just a kid and 11 when Nixon took office. Lol
