  3.  @sense7074  A nice thought, but what if some other citizen who also carries, sees you grabbing a bunch of children and heading towards the exit, that is going to cause more problems, you can get shot or accidentally cause a scared child to get shot, or someone else seeing you grabbing children heading to the exit and someone yells "look it's that guy, he has a gun," and they are referring to you, because people easily get confused and don't always understand what's going on at the moment.
