  1. It really was sad. The victim's Dad loved Brandon as a second son. No one saw this coming - or understood how it played out so monstrously. Fwiw, I don't mean to bring Nancy Grace style hyperbole to it. We lived near where it happened: guess it's impossible not to feel impact especially in a small community. Here's hoping that Aaron's loved ones find comfort in time. (And Brandon's, too.)
