Plus, her private conversations shouldn't be a shock to anyone. After all, she's driving drunk in the first place. Did anyone expect her to miss doing volunteer work? In this vein, it's also hard to see how a fair trial can happen in this small venue. She's the most hated person in the entire state. Negative press notwithstanding, I hope she has gets a good public defender. She's an unemployed adult - unless her parents want to spring for it, which it appears they're doing thus far.
