Sending extra angels on your path. I empathize because friends adopted 3 children from China. (They all had special medical needs - all fixed via surgery once in the US) The oldest, who was 4 when adopted, was been diagnosed with RAD. Despite both parents being MDs, great support of family and community, their child - now 18 - has put them all through a nightmare. Unlike your daughter, he shows no academic promise or any interest in his own future. This is a dreadful take, but I've honestly wondered how they all don't move away in the night. Nor can I imagine the pain that he feels. It's not like he chose to be in an orphanage where starvation and physical abuse occurred for years.

This. 100%. I believe Wendi knew something was in the works. Though it's hardly proof, she didn't finish driving down the street when she saw crime tape, LE vehicles, etc. Imo, that's not a normal reaction. Jeffrey Lacasse, her recent bf, submitted several instances of very sketchy behavior that point to actual involvement. If anything makes me think she was in on it, it was when she kept trying to get his exact route/time of departure for a planned trip. If Cappleman, et al, had evidence they thought would stand up - especially given the limited immunity Wendi has - they would've charged her before now. It doesn't matter how much second guessing this panel of 'experts' does: it's up to the DA.

He's also been saying that for years. No one has been more vocal and truly righteous on behalf of justice in this case. I get it: we all want total justice for Dan Markel, his sons, parents, sister... and everyone else who loved and admired him. But this is not exactly a slack prosecutorial team. They've won convictions in all of the cases they've charged so far. It just seems like if they had enough good evidence on Wendi, she'd be arrested by now. It's disingenuous to insist that the DA's holding back. Cappleman, et al have proven to be dogged and brilliant in their work. The only 'upside', I guess, is that, in a few years, Dan's sons will be 18 and can get their name back. By then, they'll be away from the Adelson 'vacuum', too. Here's hoping that Dan's looks and brains are what Wendi sees in the boys every day for the rest of her life. And that they'll tell her they know the full truth.

Look up her old bf Jeffrey Lacasse. In days prior to the murder, she was trying to pin him down re: time of a trip he had planned to possibly blame him for it. Imo, it's very compelling evidence that she knew something was afoot. (His testimony on the stand and in police interviews are on YT.)

Why does disagreeing with someone necessitate name-calling? It just points to limited emotional/intelligence and does not move the debate any closer to the truth. (The trollery of Nancy Grace has had an awful effect on true crime.)

It's why I'm amazed that people treat body language 'experts' like scientists. Granted, they are hired by multinational corporations and govt agencies for their expertise: such info is used with other material to get an overall picture of an individual. But - like polygraphs - there are great reasons it's not acceptable as testimony.
