  2. He definitely looks worse for wear, but there could be myriad reasons for that. He did tell his wife - multiple times - in a single phone call that he is guilty. It also looks like him in the bridge video. I'm absolutely not saying that these are proof, but equal weight needs to be given to inculpatory evidence well as exculpatory. Seems what's most important is finding 12 jurors who aren't predisposed to any POV in advance: it'll be tough - unless they change venues.
