  1. ​ @TheRight-handedStranger Great comment. 💯 Thank you for balanced remarks in a sea of emotion. Compared to a lot of other cases, this schedule is very reasonable. I'm not sure people are checking into what's involved with a complicated murder case. (Giddy, high strung reportage doesn't help either. And Court TV has too much of that lately.) Like most others, I think B.K. is guilty. But the state needs to put on the best case it can: that can't happen in rushed circumstances. Maybe I won't feel this frustrated if I stop looking at comments from people who have no notion of American jurisprudence - ones who want instant death, etc. 🤦 Take care and blessings to all.

  2. It seems like it is taking forever, but things are really on a timely schedule, fwiw. Truth. Frankly, I hope Mr G can relent even a little on his hate because it eats the hater alive. And no it's not easy for me to say. I've been looking at a lot of recent trials where circumstantial evidence is powerful as hell, resulting in good, appeal-proof convictions. Faith in justice ~ for now.

  3. It helps to remember how powerful circumstantial evidence is re: securing good convictions. Cases are won all the time without any physical evidence.
