  8. Bias confirmation present on both sides. Good convictions - appeal-proof ones - have arisen from circumstantial cases. But the state needs to be forthcoming with all evidence or they'll take it off the table. (It's what happened in the Vallow trial.)

  9. TheSaints agreed. What's interesting is the huge amount of folks who call themselves "Christian" who are pro-capital punishing. The deep south in particular. Russell Moore's right: Jesus is too liberal for evangelicals.
