  3. ​ @Randomhero413  The DV cases they filed against each other were even imbalanced, with Jorge bearing the brunt of the most severe injuries. (Her 2018 attack on him was extremely violent.) All DV is horrible, but I hope she won't try to 'pull a Benefield', implying she was in danger when he's the one who paid with his life.

And, fwiw, out of a dozen criminal trial attorneys on YT, none of them are suggesting that she's overcharged. Let's assume that, between their CVs and low regard for capricious litigation, the actual prosecutors in Boone's case know what they're doing vs YT sofa ninjas.
