I plan to vote for Vallas but his plan to fight crime by hiring more police is impossible since nobody wants to be a cop in Chicago due to the demonization of the police which has made the job far too dangerous and even impossible. Plus fighting crime would have a “disparate impact” on blacks which would cause it to be condemned as racist and fascist and therefore politically impossible. And how about our endless flood of illegals through our open southern border? If we can’t handle 5,000 how will we deal with 50,000? Why is no one talking about this? I know the democrats consider it racist to have borders but shouldn’t someone point out to them that it’s not possible to have a country without borders? Does America even still exist as a country?
