We lack a common reality, have become incomprehensible to each other and can no longer communicate. Where is the common ground in such an infinitely wide divide? There obviously is none. This can only get worse and is getting worse by the day.

Why did so many people in crime ridden areas vote for someone even further left than Lightfoot? Because he explicitly and repeatedly told them he would tackle the “root cause” of black crime and poverty which is white racism rather than black behavior. Once “systemic racism” is ended and stolen black wealth is returned to the rightful owners then we’ll be properly equalized and all will be well. Many people believe that America is simply too big and too powerful to collapse but many people also believed that about the Soviet Union. No one in 1985 would have believed that the USSR, the mighty "Evil Empire,” would be a disintegrating mess in 5 years. I told that to someone last year who said "But the Soviet Union was a collection of separate countries.” What we have here though is a collection of separate realities which is a much deadlier situation.

No doubt the disastrous failure of the American experiment has already drastically altered the course of world history. Global tribal warfare will now be be the new norm. Pax Americana is no more. Not true. Many Woke white leftists in cities like Chicago already have been deeply affected by the crime but they don’t see the “root cause” as being black behavior. They believe the root cause is white racism aka “systemic racism.” That’s why when these people flee Chicago for Miami they don’t change their voting since they believe Chicago was destroyed by white racism rather than by blacks devoid of a moral compass. What does it say though about what they really think of blacks if they believe blacks are just so totally devoid of personal autonomy?

Much more important than race is the message. They would not vote for Candace Owens who would tell them only blacks themselves can fix their neighborhoods so they need to change their own behavior which most surely is the “root cause” of their endless social dysfunction. Johnson tells them “systemic racism” is the root cause of their dilemma so they don’t have to change. It’s white people who need to change and he will force that to happen by transferring white wealth to blacks. I’m retired but worked for many years with mostly immigrants from all over the world in Chicago. All of them were appalled by black behavior and very much felt it’s blacks, not whites, who very much need to change. Never will you read about that in the msm.

They voted for him because he blames white people for their problems and told them they have no need to change their behavior which will change for the better as he transfers wealth from white people to blacks. No denying that’s an appealing message but unfortunately it means the end for Chicago and probably also for America. I see no way we can survive this ever more deadly tribal warfare.

Except for 4 years in the Marines I’ve lived in Chicago all my life and I see nothing wrong with what they’re saying. The idea that you actually have to live here to know it’s in rapid decline is absurd. I’ve never been to cities like Memphis, Baltimore, NYC, Seattle, Portland and many others but it’s obvious that they’re becoming unlivable for pretty much the same reason Chicago is.

Plus Kim Foxx will not prosecute because she feels there are already too many blacks in prison so she’s not going to add more. You need to understand this “root cause” Woke mentality which is now pervasive in our society and is preached daily from the White House to our schools to the military and to pretty much all areas that white racism, “systemic racism” is the root cause of black social dysfunction. He promises to transfer wealth from the evil whites to blacks as a form of reparations to achieve Equity aka Equal Outcomes. All must be equal in America. He also tells them the crime, carjacking, wilding and endless shootings in black areas are not their fault. They’re due to the pervasive white racism in AmeriKKKa, the “systemic racism” which permeates even the air they breathe. Even Biden often tells them this from the White House so it’s not at all surprising that so many believe it. I believe though that the poisoning of race relations is only one of the many ways the democrats have destroyed America.
