@mycollegeshirt A black high school graduate has the math and reading skills of a white eight grader. A black high school grad then is simply not as qualified as white high school grad and employers know that which is why if possible they will go with the white applicant.

@CMA418 Replacing meritocracy with equity has ruined our education system and also plunged our society into tribal warfare which has already destroyed it internally which is why it’s so rapidly unraveling externally. God only knows where we’ll all end up.
