  87. I would try to go with strengthening your immune system to get help with the rash. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting much of my life. I’m 72 but feel 30. Never a major health issue. Rarely anything minor. My mother and uncle were crippled by RA. On my father’s side they all had osteoarthritis. Painful joints but not crippling. I always expected arthritis but have never had the slightest problem with joint pain or stiffness. Basic IF diet is 16/8. During an 8 hour period only two meals, never snacks or calorie beverages. Then 16 hours of fasting, no calorie beverages. For many years I also took turmeric with black pepper (bioperine) and other things like Ceylon Cinnamon and ginger which also reduce inflammation. I believe those things also helped a lot as well. Here’s a good video below. There’s a lot on YouTube about this. Try to use your own immune system for help though. I never got Covid or took the vaccine or took any precautions like masking which is useless anyway. I always trusted my own immune system which has served me surprisingly well. Mitch McConnell is praised for blocking Merrick Garland’s appointment to the Supreme Court which did turn out well but did he actually expect that or did he believe the lie that Garland was “moderate” and also believed the democrats would retaliate after Hillary won, as everyone expected, by appointing someone farther to the left? I’ve always wondered about that. As it now turns out, it could well be McConnell expected and wanted someone far more radical on the Court. How did we ever end up with so much evil rot in our government? It almost seems like God has abandoned our fallen world and Satan, the Prince of Darkness, is now the supernatural force behind our world or perhaps always has been.

  517. Many don’t vote for it and many other areas of the country are just as bad as Chicago so where would I even go if I left? Plus it’s always easy to say “Just move!” as if that’s as easy as walking across the street. There are many reasons though why that is often difficult and even impossible plus some people who move have many other problems, such as finding a decent job, when they move.
