Chicago has 8,000 “migrants” and the mayor says we’re overwhelmed. If we’re overwhelmed by 8,000 what will we do with 80,000? Why do so many people vote for this and then act shocked when they get it? How can we ever again be a country when so many people can’t understand the necessity of something as basic and essential as borders?

@lori64lg I live in Chicago. I know that feeling quite well. My personal life is great. Super good health, no debt or financial problems, nice house to live in on the northwest side but then when I read about Chicago every day I feel like I’m on the Titanic as it’s sinking. Our whole society and even our entire world is in a tailspin though. The philosopher Kant said “Out of the crooked timber of humanity, no straight thing was ever made.” The Woke mind virus destroying our society is certainly a good example of that. My hope is that AGI will soon be advanced enough to save us. We sure can’t save ourselves. We’re not all crazy but enough are to easily sink the ship and bring us all down. Hope springs eternal. Only God knows what fate has in store for us.

@Oedipussy_Monkey America is disintegrating and our whole world is in a tailspin. Too many things are too far out of control to avoid global catastrophe. I believe only AGI can save us. It’s advancing at an exponential rate and is the wild card in our future powerful enough to slam on the brakes and radically alter our present trajectory which is for self-destruction.
