  2. This is a perfect example of why so many nonblack people avoid blacks and will not even drive through black areas. I’m retired but worked for many years with mostly immigrants from all over the world in Chicago. All of them were appalled by black behavior and very much felt it’s blacks, not whites, who very much need to change. This is just not working at all. In what sense does America even still exist as a country? This is what a failed state in rapid decline looks like.
