  1. We have no money for these reforms. We have 10,000 “migrants” aka illegals to take care plus this number is expected to at least double every year as Texas sends more and more new arrivals. If America no longer has borders is it even still a country? Isn’t having borders a pretty basic and essential ingredient for being a country?
