  1. “Affordable housing” means Section 8 housing. Just a way to bring the ghetto downtown which will just further ruin downtown. Plus the other units in the building will be unrentable due to so much Section 8 in it.

  2. It means whatever they want it to mean. It has no permanent meaning. It’s always changing just like the weather. That’s the way they like their definitions.
