  4. Everybody??? Please get real. The buildings totalled 60 apartments per building. 5 buildings = 300 apartments. Each apartment houses a family of 5. Therefore 300 x 5 = 1,500 people. How many people did you see??? Nowhere near 1,500 men, women and children.
