  1. Focus on rebuilding Blackpool??? You can rebuild as much as you like but that is not going to change the beach and weather into a paradise for sun worshipers. Blackpool had its day prior to cheap airfares to sunnier climes. The days of lines of deckchairs and hoards of Brits tucking into fish and chips are long gone and will not return.
