My wife's immunity is compromised causing liver cirrhosis. The health professionals kept advising her to take the vaccine as she was at very "high risk". Being a retired nurse herself she refused. She is now 74 and still a gardening fanatic.

Reminds me the silence from German civilians who lived around the German concentration camps.

Went for a minor op in November to be told ON THE OPERATING TABLE by the surgeon he is cancelling it as my "blood" will have problems clotting. Went again a few days ago and a couple of hours after having my bloods taken was asked "do I take blood thinners". This time my blood count was worse than ever. I am no doctor but I am wondering if the two Astra Zeneca vaccine shots I had has anything to do with it. Prior to this I never had blood problems.

My second jab was June 2021. I am getting hounded to have a booster but it's just over a year since my second jab. Should I have it or just forget it? Touch wood but no covid so far but then again I keep myself to myself and always wear a mask during my weekly shopping trip.

I had two jabs of Astra Zeneca. I also have had covid twice. There is now a problem with my platelet count which was recently discovered when I had a blood test for an unrelated medical issue. I am always feeling lethargic. Simply no energy to do anything. Question.... Are my health issues due to the two jabs or the two bouts of covid???

Government policy is to silence morticians voicing concern of white squid like tentacles invading arteries of a high number of deceased individuals since 2021. Mr Sunak is the head of our government. Can one ever trust the government??

My wife was a TB nurse specialist for fourteen years. I know TB is bacterial and not viral. However, she wore a mask every time she was with TB patients. She has never caught TB during those fourteen years. Do masks protect? In my opinion yes they do. Touch wood I have not yet caught covid and I refuse to be vaccinated. I always wear a mask in public unlike the majority.

Never been vaccinated. Im nearly 70 and have had tested positive three times. I am a heavy smoker and obviously still here hence this comment. My son has had the vaccines, covid twice and has had a persistent cough since plus he is a non smoker. Makes you wonder does it not.

When I was born 72 years ago (1950) the world's population was a mere 2.5 Billion. During the past 72 years the world's population has grown threefold to a staggering 8.1 Billion. This growth rate is unsustainable and threaten the very existence of humanity. It places immense pressure on food cultivation, fresh water supplies and resources which we all depend on to survive. It would not surprise me in the slightest if a virus with a mortality rate of 80% is intentionally released into the world's populace. It would solve the problem of population overload virtually overnight. Maybe the Covid variants of the past two plus years were a test run of what is to beset us in the very near future???

My son and his missus travelled on a 3 hour flight from Faro, Portugal to Manchester, UK beginning of last week. Two days after they were both knocked for six with covid. I presume the planeload of passengers had it as well.

@danaking3568 You survive.

With the NHS ambulance service on its knees it does not surprise me in the least.

Excess deaths in the UK and Europe could be related to an increasing ageing population.

I suppose the West with their ulterior geopolitical agenda will blame some animal market in Wuhan, China.

The government and big pharma are not going to investigate themselves.

My younger brother recently died aged 47 with Hep C. I wish I knew the health benefits of CBD earlier.

There is something wrong with this virus. It was manufactured in a bio lab.

Which is the culprit?? The vaccine or the virus itself???

The answer is a resounding NO

What cheeses me off is I've been vaccinated twice. I took the vaccine as I was told by the powers to be it would protect me from covid. Now I'm told I have to have a booster as the vaccines I have had won't protect me as promised. What is the point of it all if every few months a new variant will emerge. More and more boosters? I would rather get covid and take my chances as this is getting ridiculous.

@peterking5016 No Peter, not scared or fooled. My wife has a serious health condition and cannot take the jab. I only took the jabs in the hope of protecting her.

As a child in the early 60's my friends and I used to play and forage at our local refuse dump (no car boot sales in those days). Now approaching my 70's I have never had a day sick in my life. Being subjected to all kinds of muck at an early age was no doubt good for my immune system. Todays younger generation spend far less time outdoors as they did in the past and homes are constantly cleansed with anti-bacterial products. Is it any wonder illness and disease is on an upward spiral?

South Africa has a low immunisation take up rate compared to the UK. Those who took the jabs are the ones who need to protect themselves from these new variants. This is my understanding.
