  2. The Black Knight satellite is most probably a remnant of a fragmentary comet which exploded over earth around 12,900 years ago. Nano diamonds found in sediment from this time period point to such an event. At that time a rapid cooling period was triggered for the Northern Hemisphere. It was known as the Younger Dryas and lasted around 1,300 years.
