  1. Reminds me of another "property guru' who no doubt makes more money from selling expensive courses (initially free) to aspiring property investors compared to what he earns in property. He is is well known in the property game and his surname is the same as a particular city located in West Yorkshire. My son paid thousands to this gentleman, initially hooked by a "free course," only to then learn what is essentially free on YouTube.
