  1. Enlisted soldiers are NOT terrorists. Soldiers obey commands given by their senior officers. If they disobey that command they face a court martial. If captured in uniform the Geneva Convention applies. No such protection applies if a combatant is captured in civilian attire. The military are scapegoats for the folly of politicians pure and simple. A nation has the right and the duty to fight and repel any occupying force.
