  1. China is not the threat. The USA and its western allies are facing economic decline and cannot accept the fact that other actors are now on the world scene surpassing them in economic power. An empire losing power lashes out in its dying throes in the vain hope of survival. To claim China is "threatening the world order" as British Prime minister Rishi Sunak puts it is nothing more than a parrot phrase of the Biden administration. The only thing China is threatening is the Hegemony of the United States which the US and its allies find great difficulty in accepting.
