  1. Nutrition tax?? According to the "health experts" fatty red meat, butter and eggs are bad for you but low fat yoghurt, skinless chicken breast, grains, vegetables and fruit are good for you. Actually the opposite is true. I would hate for my braising steak, butter and eggs to be taxed. My typical weekly shop: 3 tins sardines in water/brine, lambs liver, chicken thighs (with skin), braising steak, ground beef (20% fat), 18 large chicken eggs, smoked bacon, cheese, pork belly strips, 2 tins organic tomatoes, 4 onions, garlic. RESULT: Lost 22 lbs of weight in 5 weeks. Man's "boobs" disappearing, belly size decreasing. Better sleep, more energy and more money as I am no longer buying expensive "dead" so called "food".
