Over TWO TRILLION in debt and Truss the money tree cultivator wants to increase defence spending by 157 BILLION ( with NO hint how this would be financed), 30 BILLION in tax cuts and reverse the rise in national insurance contributions. With the rise in inflation and bank interest rates this country's debt pile would increase dramatically. Truss is living in cloud cuckoo land and will promise the earth to be the next Thatcher. We are becoming a banana republic thanks in part to the political parties running this country.
